A special Place

Hello readers! Today I will talk about a special place for me. The place is the top of "Cerro San Cristóbal". It is located in Santiago de Chile, commune of "Providencia" and "Recoleta" in the Metropolitan Region.

I went there many times in summer, autumn, winter and spring, with my family, my classmates and my friends, at different times of the day.

I think it's special, because the days I've been, I went up walking [by the entrance of Santos Dumont and the entrance of Pio Nono] and through a cable car [through the entrance of Pedro de Valdivia Avenue]; are observed Santiago Norte and Santiago Oriente  repectively, so I see a part of Santiago until reaching the top, where i see a Santiago complete and also the montain. At the top, the view of the city is fantastic [it would be better without the smog] and what makes it special is the tranquility [there is a sign indicating keep the silence] because there are a Sanctuary and also to hear the wind, for me it is a unique combination [according to what I have been able to visitin in my life].

Its name is due to Cristobal de Licia, patron of travelers, by Pedro de Valdivia. In 1916 it was converted through a law into a park for the city, where it began to expropriate a owners private and build roads.

A Hobby

Hello readers!

Today i will talk about on of my favourite hobbies; the table-tennis. I started play table-tennis aged 14-15 years in my School in Talca. When i started play I was more good that now, because I practiced more, but now for little time i play less. Before, in my school we played in the class the Physical Education when it was rainning; It was hours of play with my classmates and started to like very; sometimes we played after the pre-university the saturday. When I got in the university, in the First semestry and i had time, I played more that now. 

I play table-tennis depending on the time I have, but mainly in the beginning of the semestry, when make with anticipation my works of Geography.

Other Hobby I have is listenning to music, when i go to university, when study, when play in my computer, when i make my homeworks, when i traveled, among others.

I listenning to music since 9 years, for me is relaxing and i feel very good. I have not a specific music style, since I listenning everything gender musical.

A City

Hello readers! Today I will talk about a city i´d liked to visit: New York, USA. 

I could not travel more in the life, more than on vacation (rarely) and I traveled out of the country in three opportunities: twice to Mendoza and one to Bariloche, but nothing more.

New York is a city of the United States with the second biggest quantity the population of North, Central and South America, before the Mexico City.

I would like visit New York because has many tourist attractions as: Manhattan, Statue of Liberty, Nations United, Central Park, among others. I would like see the transport of the city, as: Subway, bus, cab.

I would take a tourist route, all over New York, visit football stadiums (as Red Bull Arena, Yankee Stadium, Shuart Stadium), museums, universities (University of new York, Columbia University and Fordham University), but especially get all the information about Geography and Geographic Information Systems of New York

I would visit New York with my family (Mother and Grandmother), because we have rarely gone on vacation together, also my mom and my grandmother do not know outside the country, so it would be a nice opportunity to get to know another country.
